Analytics Engineer Req #752 Greenwich, CT, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 6:00 AM Join our Marketing Technology Team — we build and maintain Interactive Brokers' data, analytics, attribution, and measurement platforms. Our systems power marketing analytics, client acquisition measurement, campaign performance reporting, sales analytics, and customer engagement insights that support business growth globally. You'll design data models, analytics solutions, and reporting frameworks that help marketing and sales teams optimize campaigns, improve attribution, and enhance the client acquisition lifecycle. You'll collaborate with marketers, analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to turn large volumes of marketing/sales data into actionable insights. Responsibilities Design and maintain scalable data models, semantic layers, and analytics datasets for marketing, sales, and BI initiatives Build enterprise reporting/analytics solutions for campaign measurement, funnel analytics, attribution, lead conversion, budgeting, and forecasting Develop ETL/ELT pipelines integrating marketing, CRM, web analytics, and sales data from multiple sources Model and transform large-scale datasets in Snowflake and other enterprise data platforms Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, attribution methodologies, and reporting requirements Build dashboards and self-service analytics using Tableau and other BI tools Improve data quality, governance, and documentation across marketing/sales reporting Analyze acquisition performance, lead conversion, retention, and campaign effectiveness to surface insights Work with Data Engineering to optimize architecture and pipeline performance Support data validation, testing, and troubleshooting for business-critical systems Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment of marketing technology platforms Required Skills Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field 3+ years in analytics engineering, BI, data warehousing, or related roles Strong SQL and experience designing scalable data models in cloud data warehouses Hands-on Snowflake experience (data modeling, performance optimization, analytics workloads) Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines with large, complex datasets Strong grasp of dimensional modeling and data warehousing best practices Dashboard/reporting experience with Tableau or similar BI tools Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar agentic tools) Understanding of marketing/sales analytics, CRM systems, attribution, and conversion funnels Experience integrating data from multiple systems, APIs, and third-party platforms Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation Experience with source control (e.g., Bitbucket) and code review practices Exposure to UNIX/Linux environments Strong analytical and communication skills; able to translate business needs into technical solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience with marketing tech platforms, CDPs, web analytics, or digital advertising ecosystems Experience building attribution models, marketing measurement frameworks, or acquisition analytics Knowledge of experimentation methodologies, incrementality testing, or marketing mix modeling Experience designing enterprise-scale analytics architectures and semantic models Experience with lead lifecycle reporting, sales performance analytics, and executive reporting Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks Track record partnering directly with business stakeholders on KPIs and reporting solutions Benefits Competitive salary, performance bonus, and stock grants 401(k) with competitive company match 100% employer-paid medical premiums; generous dental & vision contributions Wellness screenings, health coaches, and EAP counseling services Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave Company-paid life insurance, AD&D, and disability coverage Healthcare, dependent care, and commuter FSAs Quarterly fitness stipend Education reimbursement and professional development support Legal services, telehealth access, and voluntary insurance options Backup child/adult care via Care.com Daily lunch allowance and fully stocked kitchen Scan this QR code and apply!
