What you'll do As a Pricing and Analytics Intern, you will: Gain hands-on experience with real-world pricing strategies and data analytics tools, empowering interns to directly impact business decisions and gain practical skills in Excel, and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau Analyze pricing data and market trends to support strategic pricing decisions and identify opportunities for revenue optimization Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and pricing metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Marketing) to gather data inputs and provide actionable insights Receive mentorship from experienced analysts and exposure to cross-functional teams, offering a collaborative environment where interns can learn, grow, and explore career paths in data-driven business roles What makes you a good fit An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or similar Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with diverse teams, valuing different perspectives and ideas Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to share insights and ask thoughtful questions Proficiency in Excel is required Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus Some perks of joining Henkel as an intern Exciting projects that allow you to make real impact and collaborate with Henkel colleagues worldwide. The salary range for this role is $22-27/hour. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
