What you'll do Create content for Henkel's social media channels (@henkeltalent on Instagram; @henkel on TikTok) to showcase our culture, people, and career opportunities Conduct research on competitors and industry best practices to identify trends in early-career marketing and translate insights into strategic recommendations for talent attraction Assist with university recruitment planning for Fall 2027, including campus strategy, event support, and other employer branding projects Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources teams on projects that elevate Henkel's brand and employee-centric experiences What makes you a good fit Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field Hands-on experience creating social media and video content for a company, personal brand, student organization or campus club Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (with ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations) Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement with students and early-career audiences Some perks of joining Henkel as an intern Exciting projects that allow you to make real impact and collaborate with Henkel colleagues worldwide.
