This is not a support role attached to an existing marketing program. There is no existing program. You will build one.

Strategy and positioning are set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
You own execution:
creating the content, running the channels, managing our trade show presence, and building the campaign engine that generates qualified leads for our sales team.

You will not know the grain automation industry when you start. Nobody does. We will teach you the products, the customers, and how facilities actually operate. What we need you to bring is marketing capability, initiative, and the willingness to learn a technical industry properly rather than write around it. What You Will OwnContent creation and management Write and produce marketing content: product literature, case studies, application briefs, web copy, email campaigns, and social content. Own the content library. Keep it current, consistent, and organized, and identify gaps rather than waiting to be assigned. Work with sales and technical staff to turn real project work into customer-facing material. Trade shows and events Own end-to-end trade show execution: show selection input, booth logistics, materials, pre-show promotion, on-site lead capture, and post-show follow-up. Measure and report show performance against cost. Lead generation Build and run campaigns against target account lists and criteria defined with sales leadership.
Own the mechanics:
list building, email sequences, landing pages, forms, and CRM handoff. Track and report on leads generated, sourced, and converted. Brand and market presence Maintain a consistent brand across all materials and channels. Manage website content and our presence on relevant industry channels and publications. Build relationships with trade publications and industry associations. What You BringRequired Three to five years in a B2B marketing role. Hands-on trade show experience, including booth management and lead capture. Demonstrated content creation ability across written and digital formats. Working knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools. Comfortable working independently in a role that does not yet have established process. Preferred Experience marketing technical, industrial, or capital equipment products. Marketing automation platform experience. Basic design capability (Canva, Adobe, or similar). Agriculture, food processing, or industrial automation exposure. Not required Prior agriculture or grain industry knowledge.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
