Job Description

ON-SITE/ NO REMOTE
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own our paid advertising end to end. This is a pay-per-click role first and foremost: you will create the ads, place them, manage the advertising budget behind them, and analyze what that spend returns. You will be accountable for a significant annual ad budget across Meta and Google, and for the judgment calls that decide where it goes. This role suits an idea person who also understands the machinery behind the ideas. You will concept and build the ads themselves — copy, images, short-form video, hooks, and offers — then launch them, manage bids and budget pacing, and read the performance data closely enough to know what to change next. You will also help grow our organic search and social presence, but this is not primarily a social-media or content role. Paid performance is how the position will be measured.
Core Responsibilities:
Pay-Per-Click Advertising Concept, write, and produce the ad creative — headlines, copy, calls to action, static graphics, carousels, and short-form video — and bring new campaign ideas to leadership with a clear rationale. Build and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Own the advertising budget:
allocate spend across platforms, campaigns, and audiences, pace it against monthly and annual targets, and flag variances early. Manage day-to-day performance — bid strategies, audiences, retargeting, placements, frequency, and creative rotation — and catch waste, audience overlap, and creative fatigue before month-end. Run structured A/B tests across creative, copy, offers, audiences, and landing pages, and document what each test taught us. Shape landing pages, lead forms, and conversion paths so ad clicks turn into qualified leads. Report on spend, CPC, click-through rate, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend, with clear recommendations for where budget should go next. Maintain the tracking that makes those numbers trustworthy: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and consistent UTM tagging.
Supporting Responsibilities:
Organic Search, Content, and Social Create and repurpose content for web pages, blogs, email, and social media, extending the themes that prove out in paid campaigns. Manage organic social content and a working content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Optimize content for SEO and apply AEO and GEO principles to improve visibility in answer engines and AI-powered search. Monitor comments and messages, escalate reputation concerns, and keep our brand presence consistent across platforms and Google Business Profile. Required Qualifications 3+ years of direct, hands-on ownership of pay-per-click advertising — you have personally built, launched, managed, and optimized live PPC campaigns, not reported on campaigns someone else ran. This is a firm requirement. Demonstrated experience personally managing a six-figure annual advertising budget, including allocating spend, pacing it through the year, and accounting for the results it produced. Hands-on campaign-management experience in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience creating the ad creative itself — writing the copy and producing or directing the visuals and video that run with it, in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools.
Fluency with performance data:
comfortable pulling numbers from Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics and turning them into a spending decision. Working knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, bid strategies, conversion tracking, and A/B testing methodology. A portfolio of ads you made, the budget behind them, the results they produced, and your read on why they worked. Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content planning, and organic social media. Ability to manage deadlines, collaborate closely with leadership, and work on-site.
Please note:
hands-on PPC campaign and budget management is the central requirement of this role. Applications limited to organic social media, content, or SEO experience will not move forward. Preferred Qualifications Experience running lead-generation campaigns for professional, legal, financial, insurance, healthcare, or other trust-based services. Experience with Meta Conversions API, server-side tracking, or offline conversion imports. Experience with landing-page builders and conversion-rate optimization testing. Experience with local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, email marketing, or CRM platforms. Experience producing short-form video, reels, testimonials, or educational content. What We Offer Full-time, W-2 role with weekly pay. Monday-Friday, in-office schedule — no nights or weekends. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days. Holiday pay, PTO, vacation, and a 401(k). Real ownership of a substantial ad budget, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to build our advertising program as it grows.
