Spirit Jersey is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to transform business insights, sales strategies, merchandising plans, and marketing concepts into compelling, visually engaging presentations. This role is responsible for creating polished, professional decks that effectively communicate ideas to customers, leadership teams, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with business acumen, translating complex information into clear, concise, and impactful storytelling. This position works closely with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, and Executive Leadership to create presentations that support strategic initiatives, customer meetings, line reviews, seasonal planning, and executive communications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Presentation Development Design and build high-quality presentations for executive, customer, and internal meetings. Transform raw content, meeting notes, data, and merchandise concepts into compelling visual stories. Create presentation templates, layouts, graphics, charts, and infographics that align with brand standards. Maintain consistency in formatting, typography, imagery, and messaging across all presentations. Strategic Storytelling Organize information into logical flows that clearly communicate objectives, insights, and recommendations. Partner with stakeholders to identify key messages and develop engaging narratives. Simplify complex business information into easily understood visual formats. Visual Design & Branding Ensure all presentations reflect company branding and visual standards. Source, edit, and optimize photography, graphics, and visual assets. Develop presentation concepts that elevate customer-facing and executive communications. Continuously explore design trends and presentation best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Design, and Leadership teams. Gather content from multiple stakeholders and manage revisions efficiently. Balance competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines. Project Management Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously. Maintain organized presentation libraries, templates, and assets. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control throughout the presentation development process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience creating professional business presentations. Strong visual design, layout, and typography skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Canva, Figma, or other presentation design platforms. Familiarity with retail, consumer products, fashion, licensing, or merchandising environments. Preferred Experience supporting executive leadership, sales, or merchandising teams. Understanding of data visualization and infographic design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range $USD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
