In this role, you will engage directly with prospective referral sources, leveraging your sales expertise and technical knowledge to promote Marina Isle Waterfront Assisted Living. Your focus will be on developing strategic partnerships, conducting outside calls, that build our Resident occupancy. Responsibilities Initiate outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential referral sources in target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support for new Residents. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales environment in the Assisted Living Market. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
