Job Description

This internship provides broad, hands-on experience across the day-to-day operations of a college communications office. The intern will support event coordination, community and external partnerships, and the branding, marketing, and messaging efforts that connect New College of Florida with its campus and outside community. Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks within the Office of Communications Help plan and coordinate logistics for campus events, including scheduling, vendor and space communication, and day-of-support Support outreach and relationship-building with community organizations and external partners Contribute to the development of branding, marketing, and messaging materials across print, digital, and social platforms Draft copy for newsletters, web updates, press materials, and social media posts Track and help evaluate the effectiveness of communications and outreach initiatives Other duties as assigned Strong communication and organizational skills
