Monday-Friday, standard business hours Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to analyze marketing and customer data and translate findings into actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with an understanding of digital marketing, campaign performance, customer behavior, and business KPIs. Key Responsibilities

+ Analyze marketing campaign and channel performance

+ Build and maintain marketing dashboards and recurring reports

+ Track KPIs across paid media, email, website, social, and other channels

+ Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization

+ Support campaign measurement, attribution, and performance analysis

+ Pull and manipulate data from multiple marketing platforms

+ Partner with marketing teams to define measurement strategies

+ Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders

+ Maintain reporting processes and documentation

+ Support forecasting, budget analysis, and campaign planning Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or related experience

+ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

+ Experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms

+ Experience building dashboards and reports

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
