Elevate Your Marketing Career! We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist I . In this support role, you will assist with the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, support sales growth, and deliver consistent messaging across the segments in which the marketing team services. Working under the guidance of our senior marketing team, this role helps coordinate campaigns, maintain marketing content, organize assets, support sales tools, and ensure projects move forward accurately and on time. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment. The role will also have a focus working with our retail marketing channel. Duties and Responsibilities A typical day may include: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, retail channel programs, sales tools, and product communications. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups to keep marketing initiatives on track. Assist with writing, editing, formatting, and routing marketing content for web, email, presentations, sell sheets, and internal communications. Partner with marketing, sales, product, and channel teams to gather information and support timely project execution. Maintain organized marketing assets, product information, campaign materials, and shared files. Upload and update approved content, documents, images, and product information on websites, customer portals, and internal platforms. Support vendor, agency, printer, and internal team coordination for marketing material production and fulfillment. Assist with events, photoshoots, and sales meetings by preparing materials, tracking needs, and completing follow-up tasks. Track project activity, communicate status updates, and escalate delays, missing information, or priority changes as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team or project leads. Requirements We are searching for a candidate with: Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. 1-3 years of marketing, communications, sales support, retail channel, or project coordination experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Comfortable supporting marketing campaigns, product communications, sales tools, customer programs, and retail channel initiatives under direction. Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, product, operations, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) a plus. Experience with project management tools, content management systems, digital asset libraries, customer portals, or marketing platforms preferred. Ability to maintain organized files, track project status, document next steps, and communicate updates clearly. Basic understanding of marketing principles, brand consistency, product messaging, and customer-focused communication. Experience supporting retail, distributor, national account, building products, or B2B marketing environments is a plus. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take direction and support team priorities.
