Job Description

About the role Josh Holyfield runs a group of fitness and wellness brands. This role covers marketing for two of those brands. Anvil Nutrition is a supplement brand that sells protein and creatine. Apex Medical Group is a telehealth practice focused on hormone optimization, serving patients in 49 states. This is a full time marketing role. You will work closely with Josh and learn the business inside and out. You will create and manage content for Josh, Anvil, and Apex. You will find out what our Skool members need and turn those needs into content that drives views, sells Anvil products, and brings new patients to Apex. You will also work on set with Talen, our videographer, during every recording. This is a small team, and you will report directly to Josh. What you will do Community Research Go through Josh's Skool communities regularly and collect the questions members ask and the needs they bring up. Find topics that will drive views and organically lead members to Anvil products or Apex services. Keep a running report of open questions and member needs for Josh to review. Shape each topic so the content teaches the audience first and points to our products, our services, or our knowledge as the answer. On Set with Josh and Talen Help Talen set up cameras and frame shots so Josh is presented in a way that fits his content and his brand. Stay in the session while Josh and Talen record, giving direction and feedback as it happens. Ensure the hooks land, the information supports sales, and the footage is shot in a way the audience will want to watch. Content Creation Write captions, hooks, scripts, emails, ad copy, and product copy for Josh, Anvil, and Apex, matching the voice of each brand. Shoot behind the scenes photo and video of Josh, Anvil, and their events, then turn it into content ready to post. Edit short form video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Build social posts, story templates, flyers, and ad graphics in Canva or Adobe Express. Social Media and Campaigns Own social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement for Josh, Anvil, and Apex. Manage the look of every profile, including the grid, highlights, covers, colors, and fonts. Keep the content calendar current across all brand channels. Support Anvil launches and promotions with email and SMS campaigns that drive sales. Support Apex patient growth with content, ads, email, and SMS campaigns that bring in new patients and keep current patients engaged. Compliance Keep Anvil content within supplement advertising rules. No unsupported health claims, and correct disclaimers on every post. Keep Apex content within medical and telehealth advertising rules. No promised results, no treatment advice, and correct disclaimers on every post and ad. Protect patient privacy at all times. Never share patient names, photos, messages, or health details without written permission. Send any health or medical claim to Josh or the Apex provider team for approval before it goes out. Organization and Admin Organize and tag photo and video files so footage is easy to find and reuse. Coordinate shoots and content days with Josh and Talen. Track analytics and trends for each brand, and report what is working and what needs to change. Handle light admin work like internal notes, scheduling, and meeting coordination. What we are looking for Marketing experience and a strong understanding of the fitness, supplement, and health space. Familiarity with hormone optimization. You should know terms like testosterone, TRT, and hormone therapy. You do not need to be a clinician. A willingness to learn the business inside and out. You should understand every brand, product, service, and audience we serve. The ability to match Josh's workflow and pace of content while maintaining high quality and protecting the value of each brand. An understanding of what makes content sell. You know how to teach an audience and lead them toward a product or service without a hard sales pitch. Confidence giving direction on set. You can speak up during a shoot when a hook is weak or a shot is off. Strong writing skills. You write clear, natural copy and you can switch between the voice of each brand. An eye for design and camera work. You know what looks good on a feed and how a shot should be framed. Knowledge of each platform. You understand what works on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, and how to time and caption posts for each one. Good judgment with health claims. You know when a line needs approval before it gets posted. Discretion. You will see sensitive business and patient information and must keep it private. Organized and proactive. You build systems, use checklists, and keep work moving without reminders. Careful with details. You check links, names, claims, and formats before anything goes out. Clear communication. You give updates and follow up on your own. Comfortable in Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and a scheduler such as [Later /
