This is a hands-on, on-the-road position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, traveling, and working independently. Responsibilities Visit retail and distributor locations as assigned. Build professional relationships with store and distributor contacts. Represent SLS Brands at pop-ups, sales events, and trade shows. Educate customers and business partners about our brands. Support sales activities during assigned events. Follow assigned routes and schedules. Record visits, sales, photos, and notes in company systems. Handle payments and inventory when required. Complete weekly payment and inventory handoffs. Communicate issues or concerns to the Field Marketing Manager. Follow all company safety, conduct, and documentation requirements. Stay up to date on required training and certifications. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older . Valid driver's license. Reliable personal vehicle. Active personal auto insurance that meets your state's minimum requirements. Ability and willingness to travel outside your local territory. Comfortable driving for extended periods and working on the road. Comfortable interacting with retailers, distributors, and customers in person. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable and able to follow schedules and instructions. Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and similar workplace tools. Ability to maintain required training and certifications. Professional appearance and conduct when representing SLS Brands. Ability to accurately complete required documentation, sales records, and reports. Travel This position requires regular travel outside your local territory. Travel is typically about one week per month , with the possibility of up to two weeks per month when needed. Occasional longer trips may be required based on business needs. Travel assignments are generally provided at least two weeks in advance.
