Job Description
Job Summary The Digital Marketing Agency Intern will provide support in the Digital Marketing Agency Course (BUSM 394R) and related departmental initiatives. Internship duties and responsibilities will vary based on specific assignments. Internships are available only to recent graduates and are limited to a maximum duration of one year. The purpose of this internship is to provide a well-rounded work experience that supports both academic and professional development in the assigned area. Key responsibilities include including assisting faculty with instructional activities, research, and student support, as well as contributing to the operating and management of the Digital Marketing Agency. Primary Responsibilities Assist faculty with the preparation and delivery of digital marketing instruction, both in class and through one-on-one follow-up sessions. Support research efforts, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Develop and maintain teaching materials and project assignments. Assist in managing client relationships with student-led teams, including organizing meetings and reviewing proposals. Oversee agency brand management across digital channels (social media, website, email, and style guide) to ensure alignment with University and Agency brand standards. Support administrative and financial functions, including client contracts, invoices, and basic accounting to maintain agency profitability. Coordinate the approval and placement of paid advertising on behalf of clients. Manage subscriptions, materials, and software tools to ensure cost efficiency. Serve as a point of contact for agency communications, including answering phones, monitoring email, and assisting students with inquiries. Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to coordinate projects, student field trips, and special assignments. Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals of the program US Driver's license encouraged but not required Education Bachelors (Required) Work Experience No Experience Physical Demands Air-conditioned office environment with minimal physical effort.
