Aurora (IL), United States Account Marketing Specialist Account Marketing Specialist United States - Aurora, IL Hybrid Join Sonova and help shape the future of hearing care by creating impactful local marketing programs that help our customers grow their practices. As an Account Marketing Specialist, you'll partner directly with customers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns that increase consumer awareness, generate qualified patient leads, and drive business results. The role focuses on campaign management, customer partnership, analytics, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Partner with customers to develop and execute annual local marketing plans across multiple channels. Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including direct mail, digital marketing, newspaper advertising, and in-office promotional materials. Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for assigned accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and exceed customer expectations. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to align marketing strategies with customer goals and business priorities. Track campaign performance, analyze response and conversion metrics, and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROI and patient funnel KPIs. Coordinate campaign execution across internal teams and external vendors while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Provide consultative marketing guidance that helps customers strengthen their local presence and drive patient acquisition. More about you Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of consumer or account marketing experience. Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Experience with direct response marketing, campaign analytics, social media, email marketing, PPC, or co-op marketing is highly preferred. Healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industry experience is a plus. Experience with Salesforce, Project Workflow Programs or similar marketing platforms.
