0 At First Mid, base salary is one component of our Total Rewards program. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as (but not limited to) education, skills, internal equity, and experience. This position offers additional compensation in the form of discretionary short-term incentives (i.e. bonus, incentives, and/or commission). The Marketing Specialist II roles manages end-to-end campaign execution for defined segments or initiatives. This role translates strategic direction into actionable campaign plans, ensuring alignment across channels, partners, and timelines. The Specialist plays a key role in optimizing execution and improving campaign performance through coordination, insight, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead end-to-end campaign execution for segment and product initiatives Translate strategic briefs into detailed campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate cross-channel execution (digital, email, paid media, branch, etc.) Partner with Strategy teams to refine briefs and ensure executable plans Manage campaign performance tracking and provide insights for optimization Identify and resolve execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies Drive consistency and efficiency in campaign processes and workflows Mentor and guide
Marketing Specialists Qualifications Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 4+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, execution, or operations Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred
Skills:
Strong campaign management and execution expertise Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans Experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset Proficiency with marketing technology and analytics tools
