We obsess over product quality, customer experience, and doing what we say we'll do - and we've built a team that holds itself to that same standard. The Role We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants real ownership of their work and is ready to contribute directly to revenue from day one. You'll work across digital channels including paid media, email and SMS, product launches, creator partnerships, and more. You'll get clear direction and the context you need to execute, and then you'll be trusted to take it from there. Over time, you'll develop deeper expertise and take on primary ownership of specific channels or focus areas based on your strengths and where the business is headed. This is a full-time, on-site role in West Chicago, IL. Key Responsibilities This role touches every area of our digital marketing operation including paid media, email and SMS, product launches, creator partnerships, web, social, and live events. The nature of your involvement in each area will depend on your strengths, your performance, and where the business needs the most from you. High performers in this role have a clear path to owning one or more of these channels outright. You'll work closely with the rest of the digital marketing team and collaborate regularly with our content marketing team. This is a highly collaborative role. On any given week you might be: Executing and coordinating paid campaigns on Meta and Google Managing email and SMS campaigns from brief through send Pulling and organizing performance data and summarizing what it means Writing briefs for internal teams or agency partners Supporting new product launches and coordinating timelines in Asana Updating website content and product pages Coordinating creator and influencer campaigns Social content coordination and community moderation Planning or attending truck shows and related events What Success Looks Like You'll know you're doing well when: The work you deliver is accurate, on time, and needs minimal rework You're able to take a clear objective and figure out the path to get there without needing constant check-ins Your briefs and updates are clear enough that the people receiving them can act on them immediately You're proactively flagging issues before they become problems, not after You're building enough fluency in our channels and customers that we can point you at a problem and trust you to come back with something solid
Qualifications Must-Have:
2-5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience (any mix of paid, email, social, or web) in a real job setting where you owned parts of campaigns You can speak specifically about past work, what you did, what the results were, and what you learned Strong written communication, clear, organized, and easy to act on Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Detail-oriented and consistent, you catch your own errors before someone else does Comfortable working with performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CVR, CPA/ROAS, open/click rates) and using them to inform decisions
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, Sprout Social, Gorgias, or Asana Background in ecommerce, automotive, or enthusiast/lifestyle brands How We Work We move fast, we measure what matters, and we hold ourselves to a high standard of execution.
