Learn more about Project World Impact, our mission, and our team: https://pwibrands.com/about-us/ Position Overview Project World Impact (PWI) is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to help nonprofit organizations grow by leveraging the Google Ad Grant program, which provides eligible nonprofits with up to $10,000 per month in free Google Ads advertising, and recommending solutions that support their broader marketing and growth goals. Responsibilities Google Ad Grant Sales & Consultative Selling Conduct video discovery meetings with warm nonprofit leads to understand their mission, marketing goals, and organizational needs. Educate nonprofit leaders on the Google Ad Grant program, explaining how eligible organizations can receive up to $10,000 per month in free Google Ads. Recommend Google Ad Grant management services through a consultative sales approach and guide organizations from discovery through enrollment. Google Ad Grant Sales & Consultative Selling Conduct video discovery meetings with warm nonprofit leads to understand their mission, marketing goals, and organizational needs. Educate nonprofit leaders on the Google Ad Grant program and how eligible organizations can receive up to $10,000 per month in free Google Ads. Present and recommend PWI's Google Ad Grant management services based on each organization's goals and needs. Demonstrate how PWI's services can help increase website traffic, awareness, donations, volunteers, and program participation. Clearly communicate the value and expected outcomes of PWI's services and guide organizations from discovery through enrollment. Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with nonprofit organizations and serve as a trusted point of contact. Provide ongoing support and answer questions related to Google Ad Grants, PWI software, and digital marketing services. Identify additional PWI solutions that may support clients as their needs and organizations grow. Requirements & Qualifications Ability to work full-time on-site in Saint Charles, IL; this is not a remote or hybrid position. (Required) 2+ years of client-facing experience in customer service, account management, client success, sales, or a related role. (Required) 1+ year of consultative sales, business development, account executive, or sales representative experience. (Required) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to lead video meetings, presentations, and conversations with nonprofit leaders. (Required) Ability to understand client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and clearly communicate value. (Required) Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms. (Required) Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, digital marketing, software/SaaS, or technology solutions. (Preferred) Experience with nonprofits and/or knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, social media, or website development. (Preferred) Compensation This position offers a base salary plus commission , with the base salary determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
