The Business Specialist - Marketing supports strategic decision-making by analyzing business processes, data, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational effectiveness. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to manage reporting initiatives, support budgets and business objectives, and implement data-driven solutions which enhance marketing performance and efficiency. This position is based on site in Greenwood, IN. Which tasks will you perform? Analyze the functioning of processes and suggest effective solutions
Research, visualize, articulate, solve problems and implement solutions, and key metrics to be monitored
Collect and analyze company data to assist in making effective business decisions
Work on multiple projects in parallel including testing, modifying, compiling, execution of concepts per project; development of required scoreboards
Assist in managing organizational budgets, targets, and goals
Assist in electronically managing business for digital and analytic reporting, and/or other future reporting needs
Support Marketing department, including scheduling, coordination, presentation support, room bookings, and other administrative tasks as needed What do we expect from you? You will have (required): Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or 2-4 years business experience that demonstrates higher level decision making based on judgement, education and experience
Ability to work on site as needed in Greenwood, IN
Willingness to travel domestically 10-15% of the time
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. All employees must be eligible to work in the United States. You may have (preferred): Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly, articulating complex technical issues, and engaging with individuals at all levels.
Experience working with DOMO or other data automation tools
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to navigate ambiguity, develop and execute strategic plans and solutions, and drive business results.
