Job Description

We are a seeking a Sales And Marketing SpecialistRole DescriptionThe specialist will generate new business through prospecting, lead follow-up, and relationship-building with individuals and businesses. Daily activities include presenting insurance solutions, preparing quotes, explaining coverage options, and assisting clients with policy selection and enrollment.

The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, managing social media and local outreach efforts, and participating in community events to promote the agency's brand. The specialist will provide ongoing customer service, maintain accurate records in agency systems, and collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and improve client retention.

QualificationsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, explain coverage options, and collaborate with team members.

Proven Customer Service experience in a client-facing environment, with a focus on responsiveness and building long-term relationships.

Demonstrated Sales abilities, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Experience or interest in Training and Sales Management, such as mentoring peers, supporting onboarding, or helping drive team performance.

Basic knowledge of insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Health, and related lines) or willingness to learn quickly.

Ability to work on-site in the Louisville Metropolitan Area and maintain reliable attendance.

Comfort using CRM or agency management systems and standard office software for documentation and communication.

Relevant licenses for insurance sales in Kentucky and/or Indiana (or the ability to obtain required licenses within a designated timeframe).High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
