This is a field-based customer development role. You will speak with homeowners and property owners, identify potential construction or property improvement needs, create interest, and help set qualified appointments for our team. Responsibilities Speak with potential customers in assigned areas Identify construction, renovation, repair, or property improvement needs Generate qualified leads and appointments Follow up with prospects professionally Track lead activity, conversations, and next steps Work independently while staying consistent with team goals Represent Equity Hub professionally in the field What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Confidence approaching and speaking with new people Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable Comfortable working independently and in the field Persistent without being overly aggressive or high-pressure Able to follow a simple sales process and stay organized Sales, canvassing, field marketing, roofing, home improvement, HVAC, restoration, real estate, telecom, solar, or similar experience is a plus, but not required What This Role Is Not This position is focused on customer development and appointment generation. You will not be responsible for technical estimating, construction scoping, or making final pricing or contract commitments.
