Position Overview Kodiak Partners is seeking a motivated, results-driven Acquisitions Specialist to identify and acquire real estate opportunities. This performance-based role is ideal for a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating, and working toward measurable goals. The Acquisition Specialist will receive company-provided leads and will contact prospective sellers, build relationships, schedule appointments, evaluate properties, and present purchase offers. The successful candidate will remain involved from the initial conversation through closing while providing professional, responsive service. Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with prospective leads by phone, email, text, and other outreach methods. Build rapport, establish trust, and schedule property appointments. Evaluate properties, market conditions, comparable sales, and potential acquisition opportunities. Prepare and present purchase offers according to company procedures. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Kodiak Partners throughout the transaction. Work with the Kodiak Partners Operations Coordinator to support accurate, timely document management and smooth closings. Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal team members. Monitor transactions and help resolve issues before closing. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, follow-ups, offers, and transaction progress within company provided CRM. Represent Kodiak Partners professionally in all interactions. Qualifications and Skills Sales, real estate, acquisitions, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with new people daily. Ability to build relationships and establish trust with homeowners over the phone. Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and able to work independently. Ability to analyze property information, market activity, and comparable values. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established systems. Comfortable using CRM systems and other communication technology. Compensation and Earning Potential This is a 100% commission-based position. The first year earning goal is $60,000 or more, and there is no cap on earnings. Compensation is based on individual performance, productivity, successfully completed acquisitions, and completed transactions. Actual earnings may vary.
