- someone who brings order to standard operating procedures, cross-format production support, and the knowledge systems that keep the team's collateral and institutional knowledge organized and accessible.
Key Responsibilities Process & SOPs:
Maintain and continually refine standard operating procedures across the Life Sciences marketing team, documenting how work gets done and helping keep processes current and easy to follow as the team evolves.Production Support:
Coordinate production of marketing assets across formats — video, one-pagers, decks, and other design collateral- partnering with designers, vendors, and content owners to keep projects on track and on-brand.
Knowledge Management & Airtable:
Serve as the team's go-to for Airtable, building and maintaining bases, views, and automations that organize the team's work, collateral, and institutional knowledge, and helping ensure information stays accurate and easy to find.Marketing Program Support:
Contribute to broader marketing programs- campaigns, events, content, and lifecycle marketing
- as a flexible generalist able to support multiple domains as priorities shift.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with marketing, design, and external vendors to align timelines, assets, and priorities across projects. What You Bring 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to marketing operations, production coordination, or content and asset management. Hands-on Airtable experience required- comfortable building bases, views, and automations, not only using existing ones.
