30 Mid $30.88 Max $38.45 About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time, in-person Senior Marketing Specialist . Working out of our Canton corporate headquarters building, the Senior Marketing Specialist will be part of a small team responsible for the bank's ambitious marketing and community relations program. This generalist position supports several key areas, including events and sponsorships, charitable giving, social media, website, and much more. It's the perfect opportunity for a well-rounded marketer with outstanding task management and creative skills to contribute to the growth of a successful, community-focused bank.   • through our banking and lending activities, our volunteerism and outreach, and our charitable giving. Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the bank's charitable giving program
  • manage requests and disbursements, maintain relationships with nonprofits, and prepare summaries for senior leadership.
  • Help manage and maintain our website and social media platforms.
  • Help develop and design creative assets for marketing campaigns, collateral and other activities.
  • Coordinate the bank's offsite events
  • organize and prepare display materials and giveaways, coordinate entertainment and attractions, and manage transportation and event logistics.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and task management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years professional marketing experience, preferably in banking/financial services industry.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing promotional copy.
  • Experience managing websites and social media platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (esp. InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Proficiency with MS Office (esp. Excel; also Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work comfortably and independently in a fast-paced environment, across business lines and with employees at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
