compensation package including a base salary, UNCAPPED commission structure, MONTHLY performance bonuses, and currently a $5,000 sign on bonus! ! Responsibilities Canvass assigned neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners Introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services Identify potential customer needs and generate qualified leads Schedule free home inspections with interested homeowners Accurately record customer information and appointment details Meet individual and team appointment-setting goals Maintain a professional, positive, and respectful attitude in the field Attend required training sessions and team meetings Follow assigned territories, company procedures, and local solicitation guidelines Represent Eclipse Remodeling professionally within the community Requirements Communication and interpersonal skills Confident and comfortable when speaking with new people Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals Able to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation to assigned work locations Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends Must be at least 18 years old No previous canvassing or sales experience required
