Operations Intern Background The Olney Cropdusters are based in Olney, Maryland, and are a member of the Cal Ripken Sr. Collegiate Baseball League, one of the premier collegiate summer baseball leagues in the country. The team plays at First Responders field at Servpro Stadium in Olney MD and is a proud staple of the local community. Job Summary The Operations Intern will assist in the daily operations of the Cropshop team store as well as working to scan tickets and selling tickets. You will be on the front lines providing excellent customer service to our fans and making sure the shop and the gates runs smoothly during home games. Essential Functions Help sell merchandise and operate the Cropshop and selling tickets during all home games Provide excellent and friendly customer service to all fans Assist with keeping the store clean and organized throughout the game Help the team clean the stands and take out the trash after games are over Assist other departments when requested or needed Must have housing for the summer.
