Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist Overview M&R Development is looking for a creative, digitally savvy Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist to help shape how our brands, properties, and communities are experienced online and in the marketplace. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting marketing across the M&R Development family of companies, including Maine Properties, Dirigo Architectural Engineering, and Southern Maine Remodeling , as well as our growing portfolio of properties and communities including The Downs. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple brands and industries—from residential development and property management to architecture, engineering, and remodeling—creating content and campaigns that bring our work to life. You won't simply manage social media. You'll help tell the story of what we build, where we live, and how we're creating communities across Southern Maine. From capturing a new development taking shape to showcasing a beautifully remodeled space, celebrating residents, launching a new property, or highlighting the people behind our projects, you'll be at the center of how M&R connects with its audiences. What You'll Do Build & Elevate Our Brands Develop and execute engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Help shape the voice, visual identity, and digital presence of multiple M&R brands and properties. Identify opportunities to tell compelling stories about our people, projects, properties, and communities. Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and new opportunities to grow engagement. Create Content That Gets Noticed Capture and create photography, video, short-form content, graphics, and written content. Develop engaging Reels, Stories, posts, and other social-first content. Write compelling captions, headlines, email copy, and marketing messaging. Get out into the field—at construction sites, properties, events, and communities—to capture authentic content as projects come to life. Collaborate with internal teams to uncover stories and content opportunities. Drive Digital Marketing Assist in developing and executing marketing plans across multiple brands, properties, and business lines. Support paid digital campaigns, including social advertising and Google Ads. Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and targeted campaigns. Maintain and update website content and support basic SEO initiatives. Develop marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, property materials, presentations, and digital assets. Support Property & Community Marketing Develop marketing initiatives that support leasing, sales, resident engagement, and brand awareness. Help plan and promote resident events, community activities, property launches, and other experiences. Work directly with individual companies, divisions, and property teams to understand upcoming marketing needs and develop creative solutions. Be present in the communities and environments you're marketing—you'll see projects firsthand and turn those experiences into compelling content. Measure What Matters Monitor social and digital performance across platforms. Track engagement, reach, leads, conversions, and other key performance indicators. Use analytics and performance insights to refine content and campaigns. Help identify what's working, what isn't, and where we can find new opportunities for growth. Who You Are You're someone who sees a story everywhere. You notice the details others overlook. You know what makes people stop scrolling. You're comfortable turning an idea into a post, a project into a campaign, or a blank page into something people want to engage with.

We're shaping the future of Southern Maine through thoughtful development, innovative design, quality construction, and community-focused property management. As our Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist, you'll have a unique opportunity to help define how people experience that work. You'll see projects before they're finished. You'll meet the people bringing them to life. You'll be there when a new property opens, a resident moves in, a space is transformed, or a community comes together. And then you'll tell those stories. This is a role for someone who wants more than a social media job.
