Job Description
Recruiting for this role ends on Sep 30, 2026. Responsibilities Oversees day-to-day execution for Cross-SGM marketing, executing deliverables, helping manage on-site plans, and coordinating with internal functional team leads (PR, Content, Internal Communications, Social, Creative, Events) so each team maintains awareness and can optimize their plans. Supports operations, including contract workflows with OGC and Risk, TPRM processes, and invoice management. Maintains client attendee lists and drives the development of post-event recaps that informs leadership and helps demonstrate impact. Serves as a coordination point for Cross-SGM Marketing, helping to: Consolidate, track, and flag relevant incoming opportunities. Share aligned opportunities with Portfolio Marketing Leader and SGM-Specific Marketers based on their growth priorities. Capture and circulate governance and best practices across SGMs Shares guidance and protocols to help elevate and scale opportunities. Maintains documentation and tools, including trackers, calendars, and sponsor information, providing teams with an organized and current view of marketing activities. Prepares materials and updates for SGM leaders, marketers, SGM Platforms Leaders, helping ensure teams have timely information to support decisions and planning. Ensures alignment with brand, independence, and QRM, helping protect Deloitte's reputation and the quality of the end-to-end client experience. Successful candidate will possess Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, track details, and drive work forward in a matrixed environment. Sound judgment, business acumen and attention to detail, particularly when managing agreements, internal firm compliance processes, branded assets and external-facing materials. Collaborative working style and comfort working across teams, including marketing, creative, events, PR, PMO, and external partners. A strong sense of ownership, responsiveness, and accountability for execution quality. Interest in, events, and client engagement, with curiosity about how marketing drives business and brand value. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on Marketing strategy and planning Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $57,200 to $117,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
