401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance About the Role We have an immediate need for a Marketing Specialist to manage the daily execution of the company's marketing program, including maintaining the marketing calendar, producing and publishing materials, coordinating collateral across industries, and providing visibility into the status of all active marketing activity. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, willing to take ownership of projects, and able to proactively identify opportunities to support and grow the company's marketing efforts.
Role Description:
Execute content on LinkedIn, update website product pages and technical specs, and monitor engagement in order to route high-quality leads inbound to the sales team. Get hands-on in our garage and test grounds to shoot and edit photo and video content featuring Dataspeed's vehicle platforms to drive lead engagement. Maintain brand standards while designing and updating product sheets, technical one-pagers, brochures, and slide decks used by our Business Development and Product Management teams. Coordinate end-to-end event execution for major industry events, managing booth graphics, literature, promotional items, event shipping/trunks, and pre/post-show social campaigns. Build and organize a centralized library of approved photography, video clips, CAD renders, and product datasheets. Collaborate daily with our cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets remain synchronized with active sales cycles and product releases.
Qualifications:
1-4 years of professional marketing, digital media, or field marketing experience (preferably in B2B technology, automotive, robotics, or engineering). Hands-on experience capturing digital photo/video and using editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere, Photoshop, or Canva). Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage project timelines independently and hit publishing deadlines. Comfortable working in an active engineering and vehicle-bay environment, with the curiosity to learn how complex hardware and software systems work. Practical working familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM), social media management tools, and website content management systems (WordPress). Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
