Who You Are:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns designed to generate seminar registrations and qualified leads. This role requires hands-on experience with paid media, campaign optimization, audience strategy, creative testing, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate can independently manage campaign performance, recognize opportunities or issues, and use data to determine what should change and why. Success in this role goes beyond campaign execution. You'll interpret performance data, identify trends, evaluate KPIs, develop recommendations, and continuously apply learnings to improve campaign performance and the broader marketing strategy.
How You'll Contribute:
Manage and optimize a high volume of direct-to-consumer digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Email, and emerging channels Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and key KPIs to proactively identify performance issues and optimization opportunities Analyze results across campaigns, audiences, creative, and channels to understand key performance drivers and determine next steps Develop and execute audience targeting strategies focused on consumer engagement, registration, and lead conversion Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand into new marketing channels and tactics based on audience and business needs Develop testing hypotheses and execute A/B tests across creative, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and campaign approaches Apply testing insights and historical learnings to continuously improve marketing strategy and execution Develop compelling ad copy, messaging, graphics, and video concepts designed to drive consumer action Use BI dashboards and reporting tools to identify trends and translate marketing data into clear, actionable recommendations
What You'll Need:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or campaign management Hands-on experience managing consumer lead generation and conversion-focused marketing Demonstrated ability to interpret marketing data and turn findings into actionable optimization recommendations Experience using BI dashboards, campaign reporting tools, and platform data to make informed marketing decisions Experience developing, executing, and evaluating marketing tests Ability to independently identify campaign performance issues and determine appropriate next steps Strong copywriting and creative development skills Experience developing or coordinating digital creative assets including ads, graphics, video, landing pages, and promotional content Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Clear communication skills and the ability to explain performance findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
