This role combines marketing development with implementation by helping shape campaign concepts and messaging to creating content, executing across channels, and evaluating results. We're looking for someone who has already built a strong foundation in marketing and is ready for ownership. The right person can take a marketing objective or brief, understand the audience and desired outcome, bring ideas and recommendations to the table, and carry the work through to completion with strong attention to detail. In addition to marketing responsibilities, this role provides day-to-day Salesforce and sales operations support by helping maintain data, reporting, and processes that connect our Marketing and Sales departments. This is an ideal opportunity for a marketer who enjoys both creative and operational work and wants to continue developing their strategic marketing skills while working across a wide variety of initiatives. Key Functional Areas of Responsibility Campaigns, Content, & Creative Help translate marketing goals into integrated campaigns, developing concepts, messaging, content, and calls to action for different audiences and channels. Draft and develop content across email, social media, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, sales collateral, and other campaign materials. Turn webinars, podcasts, executive thought leadership, client stories, and subject matter expertise into compelling multi-channel content. Develop and execute email, social, and web campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, tracking and publishing. Create polished marketing graphics and campaign assets using Canva or similar tools, working within CAMP Digital's established brand. Bring ideas and a critical eye to marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities to strengthen messaging, creative, and execution. Help manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies. Salesforce & Revenue Operations Support day-to-day Salesforce administration and maintain accurate lead, contact, and account data. Support lead management, lead-source attribution, and the flow of information between Salesforce, WhatConverts, website forms and other systems. Build and maintain basic Salesforce reports used by the Marketing and Sales departments to understand lead activity and marketing performance. Monitor and help route inbound leads, maintain marketing and sales lists, and support routine CRM workflows and troubleshooting. Partner with Sales and Marketing departments to maintain accurate, useful data and identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting. Performance & Optimization Monitor results across email, social media, webinars, events, and other marketing campaigns. Use performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and practical recommendations for improving messaging, creative, targeting, or execution. Help build a culture of testing and continuous improvement by documenting results and applying learnings to future campaigns. Events, Partnerships & Brand Support marketing strategy and execution for events, webinars, podcasts, tradeshows, and partner initiatives. Develop promotional and attendee communications, event collateral, social content, and follow-up campaigns. Coordinate marketing assets, creative, signage, and production vendors for events and other brand initiatives. Support client testimonials, case studies, review initiatives, PR opportunities, and award submissions. Professional Competencies, Skills, & Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, integrated marketing, content marketing, demand generation or similar role. Strong marketing writing and editing skills across email, social media, web, and campaign content. A creative mindset and ability to contribute ideas, concepts, and recommendations rather than simply execute assigned tasks. Strong attention to detail and a high standard for the quality and accuracy of finished work. Ability to take an objective or brief and independently develop a strong first draft or recommended approach. Experience managing multiple campaigns, projects, deadlines, and stakeholders. Comfortable working in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, content management systems, social media tools, and basic marketing analytics. Salesforce experience is strongly preferred, along with ability to work with data, lists, and reports. Ability to create polished marketing graphics using Canva or similar tools. Organized and process-minded, with the curiosity to understand why something is being done and how it could be done better. B2B, agency, or home services industry experience is helpful but not required. What Success Looks Like You'll thrive in this role if you can take a marketing objective and turn it into a strong first draft or recommended approach without needing step-by-step direction. You're a strong executor who keeps projects moving, but you're also curious about what's working, what could be better and what we should try next. Your work is thoughtful, audience-focused and polished, and you're comfortable balancing creative marketing responsibilities with the systems and processes that keep marketing running effectively. Why This Role This is an opportunity for a marketer who has developed strong execution skills and is ready for the next step. You'll work across content, campaigns, digital marketing, events, CRM, and performance while gaining exposure to both the strategic and execution sides of marketing. You'll work closely with CAMP Digital's Director of Marketing and collaborate with teams across the organization.
