Chick-fil-A Florissant is hiring Off-Site Event Specialists to support our growing Additional Distribution Point (ADP) operations. This is a specialized, part-time opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the variety of working across different event sites. Your schedule will be uniquely influenced by our exciting calendar of off-site events and community distributions.

Role Expectations & Scheduling Event-Based Scheduling:

Hours will vary weekly based on the ADP event schedule. This may include hours during conventions or sporting events and lighter hours during "off" weeks. The "Anchor"

Shifts:

To stay sharp on our brand standards and food safety, team members will be required to work a minimum of 10-12 hours per week within the restaurant during non-event periods.

Hospitality Excellence:

You aren't just serving food; you are delivering the Chick-fil-A "Second Mile Service" in a high-energy, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities Brand Ambassador:

Ensure the Chick-fil-A brand is presented with excellence, adhering to all appearance and hospitality standards.

Execute ADPs:

Lead the setup, service, and breakdown of Additional Distribution Points (kiosks/stands).

Operational Agility:

Efficiently manage high guest volumes at our ADPs while maintaining order accuracy and speed.

Food Safety:

Strictly follow all temperature and holding time requirements during transport and event service.

Requirements Flexibility:

Must be able to adapt to a fluctuating weekly schedule.

Communication:

Ability to stay in close contact regarding shift additions as event needs change.

Professionalism:

A commitment to the "My Pleasure" lifestyle, even in a busy settings.

Logistics :

Must have reliable transportation.
