ai/field-agents Responsibilities Visit residential properties and walk through them, taking clear photos and/or video Install lockboxes at properties as directed Complete short custom tasks for investors who can't be on-site (e.g., checking on renovation progress, verifying property condition) Submit a simple report/photos through our platform after each visit Pay Around $50 per visit on average (visits typically run 20-30 minutes) Paid the same day you submit the completed job You pick the jobs that fit your schedule
