This isn't the traditional commission-only car sales position. We are building a customer-focused sales team with a salary-based compensation plan, excellent work hours, benefits, training and additional opportunities to earn based on performance. If you're outgoing, dependable, comfortable working with people and willing to learn, we'd like to meet you. Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. What Is a Product Specialist? Our Product Specialists help customers find the right vehicle and make the buying process Fast, Fun and Easy . You'll become knowledgeable about our Chevrolet, Buick and GMC products as well as our pre-owned inventory. Your job is to listen to customers, understand what they're looking for, explain vehicle features and technology, and guide them through the buying process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle needs Helping customers select new and pre-owned vehicles Becoming an expert on Chevrolet, Buick and GMC products Demonstrating vehicle features and technology Conducting professional test drives Responding to internet leads, phone calls, texts and customer inquiries Scheduling and confirming appointments Maintaining customer information and follow-up in our CRM Following up with customers throughout the shopping process Assisting customers with vehicle delivery and technology setup Following up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction Building repeat and referral business Participating in ongoing product and sales training Why Lotspeich Automotive?
