Job Description
Job Summary As an event Floral Assistant, the energetic and physical role requires helping with event preparation: flower processing, pulling hard goods from inventory, organizing, sweeping, running trash, washing buckets, provide support to designers, possible assisting with floral arrangements, as well working on event set up and breakdown teams. Assist with pre and post event studio maintenance, assist with basic designing if needed, vehicle loading, event set up and breakdown. Maintain hard good inventory, pulling/labeling items for each event, keeping track of counts/what needs to be ordered. Restocking after each event.
Requirements:
Be able to lift and carry heavy items, and work on a ladder. Ability to work quickly and efficiently within a specific timeline. Excellent organizational skills A friendly attitude toward venue staff and event guests Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Have a flexible schedule. Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic while on site.Multitask Pay:
