Who We Are Looking For The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to helping the team achieve its mission through quality work, strong organization, attention to detail, and professionalism. This role focuses on making sure the administrative side of the lead agent's business runs smoothly and efficiently. The right person will be comfortable managing multiple systems and tasks with minimal supervision. They are a natural problem solver who can prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving forward. Over time, this person will help improve and streamline systems while identifying opportunities to make the business operate more efficiently. What You Will Do This role supports the operations of the business in a variety of ways, including:
  • System development, implementation, and management
  • Information and database management
  • Oversight of contracts from contract to closing
  • Client, customer, and vendor communication
  • Marketing coordination
  • Minor bookkeeping and project financial tracking
  • Occasional personal support for the lead agent when needed
  • Showing assistant responsibilities when needed Additional responsibilities include implementing and managing systems for buyers, sellers, lead generation, documentation, and database management.
The role may also involve documenting systems through operations manuals and spreadsheets, coordinating client events, maintaining vendor relationships, and serving as a point of contact for vendors and clients. You will help oversee marketing initiatives, ensure transactions move smoothly from contract to closing, coordinate supplies and equipment, and keep the lead agent informed of any issues that require attention. At times, you may also assist with property showings or other tasks that support the overall success of the team.

  • Real estate license preferred, but not required.
  • Hours and Work Environment Most workdays will take place at the Keller Williams High Country office in Boone.
Some activities and events may take place off site.
Expected hours:
40 hours per week. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required depending on events or business needs.
