Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support business growth through market development, customer acquisition, and brand promotion. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding customer networks, supporting trade shows, and building strong relationships with clients across the food service and packaging industry. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both field marketing and customer-facing activities , including client visits, exhibitions, and industry networking. Key Responsibilities Market Development & Customer Acquisition Identify and develop new business opportunities in the food service, restaurant, and packaging markets Conduct outreach to potential clients including distributors, restaurant chains, and wholesalers Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Support sales growth through proactive market expansion efforts Client Visits & Relationship Building Visit customers and partners to understand their needs and promote products Maintain regular communication with key accounts to strengthen long-term cooperation Provide product presentations and introduce new packaging solutions Trade Shows & Events Plan and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events Support booth setup, product displays, and customer engagement during events Follow up with leads generated from exhibitions and convert them into business opportunities Marketing Support Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities Gather market feedback and competitor information Support creation of product presentations, brochures, and sales materials Help enhance brand awareness in target markets Coordination & Reporting Work closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution Track and report on leads, customer interactions, and market activity Provide insights on market trends and customer demands Key Qualifications High school diploma required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or related field preferred Experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred Experience in B2B, wholesale, or food packaging industry is a plus Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable with client visits, cold outreach, and event participation Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
