•Venus Moon Crystal Warehouse is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and enthusiastic Marketing Ambassador to help us share the magic of Venus Moon throughout South Jersey and beyond. This is a hands-on, community-facing marketing position for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people, making connections, and getting others excited about discovering a unique local business. You'll represent Venus Moon at networking meetings, expos, markets, community gatherings, and other promotional opportunities while helping us build relationships and introduce new people to our crystal warehouse and metaphysical community in Glendora, NJ. This is not strictly a social media or desk-based marketing position. It is physically active and requires a flexible schedule. Some weeks may include breakfast, lunch, or dinner networking meetings, while others may include weekend expos or markets that require loading inventory (heavy boxes of rocks), setting up displays, moving crystals and supplies, working the event, and breaking everything down afterward. This is a part-time position with varying hours, up to approximately 20 hours per week to start. Responsibilities Represent Venus Moon at local networking meetings, chamber gatherings, expos, fairs, markets, pop-ups, and community opportunities Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable ambassador for the Venus Moon brand and help introduce new people to our shop, offerings, and community Build genuine relationships with local businesses, organizations, customers, and community members Attend networking opportunities that may take place during breakfast, lunch, dinner, evenings, or weekends Help research and identify new networking, vending, promotional, and community opportunities Help plan and organize our participation in expos, markets, and other larger happenings Set up, operate, and break down Venus Moon vendor tables and displays Transport, load, unload, and move crystals, inventory, tables, displays, marketing materials, and other supplies Sell merchandise and confidently speak with customers about Venus Moon and our products Distribute promotional materials and maintain a supply of Venus Moon marketing materials Help maintain and organize the marketing calendar Assist with social media posts, reels, photos, videos, and other marketing content as needed Assist the Marketing Manager with additional projects, research, website updates, or promotional needs Occasionally assist with projects, shifts, or physical tasks in the Crystal Warehouse Travel to opportunities throughout South Jersey and occasionally other areas of New Jersey or Pennsylvania Qualifications Positive, outgoing, charismatic, and comfortable starting conversations with new people Professional and dependable while still being able to represent the fun and magical personality of Venus Moon Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with our team Flexible availability, including some mornings, daytime hours, evenings, and weekends Weekend availability for larger expos, markets, and community happenings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Comfortable driving to networking meetings and off-site opportunities Able to safely lift and move approximately 10 to 15+ pounds repeatedly and assist with event setup and breakdown Comfortable working on your feet during longer markets and expos Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using social media and basic digital tools Ability to stay organized and seek out opportunities without needing constant direction Retail, sales, networking, marketing, or event experience is a plus Knowledge of crystals, metaphysical products, spirituality, tarot, or related subjects is a plus, but not required Schedule & Compensation This is a part-time position with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for bonuses, gratis, and other perks. Hours will vary based on available marketing and networking opportunities. Some weeks may offer close to 20 hours, while others may have significantly fewer scheduled events. There are opportunities to create additional hours through researching new marketing opportunities, assisting with projects, content creation, website work, and helping in the warehouse. Because this position represents Venus Moon out in the community, flexibility is one of the most important parts of the role. We are looking for someone who is excited to get out there, meet people, make connections, move some rocks when needed, and help more people discover the magical hidden gem that is Venus Moon.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
