Education/Training/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field from an accredited college/university and minimum of three years of proven successful sales and marketing. Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Skill(s): Strong written and verbal skills. Able to foster business relationships within the community served. Competent in creating and tracking business metrics to ensure strong performance and business agility. Must be computer proficient and possess experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications.Experience:
A minimum of four years of recent experience as it relates to seniors, the healthcare field, health care management, managed care or nonprofits; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
