We're looking for a Marketing & Membership Engagement Specialist to help grow membership, strengthen engagement, promote events and programs, and communicate with a diverse professional community. This could be a great first career opportunity for a recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field — but a degree is not required if you have equivalent hands-on marketing, communications, event, customer engagement, or project coordination experience. What You'll Do Create and execute targeted marketing and email campaigns to attract new members and retain existing members Help develop and communicate compelling membership benefits and value propositions Manage communications and regular posts through online community platforms, social media and other channels Help plan and coordinate networking events, educational programs, dinners and special initiatives Work directly with committee leaders and members to increase engagement and participation Track activities, maintain committee rosters and prepare reports for leadership Collaborate with internal departments on marketing, communications and events Monitor marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements Build positive relationships with members and other stakeholders Take on additional projects as the organization continues to grow What We're Looking For You don't need 5+ years of experience to succeed here.
