Job Description
Job DescriptionThe Future Talent Program features internships that lasts up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
The Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) team is seeking applicants for the Portfolio Resource Forecasting intern position. The intern will engage with the Portfolio Resource Forecasting organization and their functional stakeholders as they identify and validate the resource demand required to support the efficient and ethical conduct of clinical trials across GCTO.Activities may include (but are not limited to):
Provide resource forecasting and analytics support for selected functional stakeholdersUse Python, SQL or PowerBI to create new data processes, views, or dashboardsDevelop tools to support resource forecasting, visualization and/or process automationProvide support for development of algorithmic demand modelsGenerate process maps and/or performance metricsAssist organizational efforts to simplify and standardize global processDevelop effective communicationsReceive exposure to the field of clinical research and drug development with direct activities supporting global clinical trial operationsDeliver a capstone presentation illustrating internship objectives and activities
Required Education and Skills:
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a business, computer technology, mathematics or science related discipline.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, or PowerBI is a plusCandidates must be available to work full-time for up to (12) weeks beginning in May or June of 2027.Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of collegiate study by June of 2027Please note that this position may be closed before the posted end date or may remain open longer, at the discretion of the company.
Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,908 - $111,111 USDFTP2027RL2027
