About the Role BulkSupplements.com is looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Growth Strategist to lead cross-channel growth initiatives and project-manage our marketing and e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like an operator — comfortable owning strategy, but just as comfortable getting hands-on inside Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and paid ad platforms to execute and optimize. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: setting growth priorities, coordinating the team delivering on them, and personally driving performance across our owned site, marketplaces, and paid channels. What You'll Do Own end-to-end project management for marketing and e-commerce initiatives — setting timelines, coordinating cross-functional work, and keeping campaigns and launches on track Drive growth strategy across Shopify (site merchandising, CRO, promotions), Amazon, and TikTok Shop (GMV Max campaigns, affiliate/creator programs, live shopping) Manage and grow our TikTok Shop presence — affiliate recruitment, UGC/creator content pipeline, livestream strategy, and paid GMV Max optimization Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google/Meta — managing budgets, bidding strategy, and ROAS targets Brief, source, and manage UGC ad content — working with creators to produce ad-ready video/photo assets, then testing and scaling top performers across paid channels Analyze channel performance (traffic, conversion, ROAS, ACOS, listing health, GMV) and translate data into clear action plans Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies as needed Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities — new marketplaces, channel expansion, promotional strategy, catalog/listing optimization Report on KPIs and campaign outcomes to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations What We're Looking For 4+ years in e-commerce marketing or growth roles, with hands-on Shopify experience (required) Direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central listings, advertising (PPC/Sponsored Products), and account health Direct experience running TikTok Shop — affiliate programs, creator/UGC campaigns, GMV Max, and/or livestream selling (required) Hands-on PPC experience across Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads — building campaigns and managing spend to a target

ROAS/ACOS

Experience briefing and managing UGC ad creative — sourcing creators, directing content, and using performance data to decide what to scale Familiarity with additional marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, etc.) a plus Proven project management skills — you can run a roadmap and keep a team accountable to it Strong analytical skills; comfortable in spreadsheets/dashboards and translating numbers into strategy Excellent communication skills — you can direct a team and speak clearly to leadership Supplement, CPG, or health & wellness industry experience a plus, but not required Why BulkSupplements.com We're a fast-growing, Nevada-based supplement ingredient and retail brand with a strong multi-channel presence across DTC, Amazon, and social commerce, including a rapidly scaling TikTok Shop program.
