full-time We're hiring at Aleir. ? We're looking for a part-time Operations & Marketing Associate to join us in building Aleir from the ground up - someone bilingual in English and Mandarin, based in the US (preferably in New York), and genuinely excited about being part of something early-stage. This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with our founder on everything from logistics and vendor relations to executing and managing marketing campaigns. No task is too small- there's real room to grow here. You might be a fit if you: ? Are fully fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) ? Are based in the US with work authorization ? Have experience in ops, marketing, or both - ideally at a startup or brand ? Are a self-starter who figures things out without being asked ? Care about quality, aesthetics, and the details that make a brand feel considered Bonus if you have a background in fashion, beauty, fragrance, or luxury. Part-time to start, with a path to grow.
