Focused on building brand awareness and engagement. Develops marketing materials and content for campaigns and special events. Supports internal and external communications and email marketing efforts. Serves as a guardian of the corporate brand and consumer-facing campaigns. Supports and fosters the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of the organization and its commitment to organ, eye, and tissue donation. Responsibilities Works closely with department leadership to contribute to the execution of annual strategic marketing plans. Supports development of marketing assets and collateral for the organization. Meets with internal departments to develop timelines, and traffic deliverables. Works with graphic designer to develop materials and manages design queue to prioritize projects. Maintain files in shared directories. Monitors brand use and ensures brand is used appropriately internally and externally according to brand guidelines. Oversee the development of promotional items, materials, and printed materials. Works closely with vendors to support inventory, ordering, and distribution. Executes technical builds of electronic newsletters and digital mailings.
Handles day-to-day website needs:
updating backend content, creating landing pages, managing content, auditing content, supporting online sales and integrations with external platforms, and general support as needed. Day-to-day contact with digital agency. Provides reporting through Google Analytics and monitors Google and Gmail accounts. Works closely with department leadership and external agencies to support marketing initiatives, events and campaigns. Supports external agency requests and communications as requested. Compiles and creates marketing presentations, materials, and data as needed. Supports social media through development of ideas, assistance with content calendar, and creation of assets. Supports team with photo and video capture. Files photos and content on internal shared drives. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or related field 3 - 5 years related experience including working across various media (e.g., print, online, social media), supporting and executing marketing plans. Agency experience is preferred. Experience working with websites, social media platforms, and agencies.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write marketing plans, business correspondence, presentation materials, and informational materials. Ability to effectively present information to management, the public, the media, etc.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Excellent data analysis skills required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to think creatively, design concepts, and organize effectively.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Desktop publishing, Adobe Suite, etc.), Google Analytics, website management, and graphic design experience a plus but not required. Social media experience and strong written and organizational skills required.
