Job Description

Part-Time | Seasonal | Hourly T3 Warhawks Baseball Club is seeking a reliable and energetic Digital Media & Marketing Support team member to help showcase everything happening within our baseball programs. The primary responsibility of this role is to attend baseball activities, capture content, and post it in real time across our social media channels. This includes team practices, academy practices, fall ball, training sessions, and other baseball activities. Responsibilities Attend the majority of baseball practices, training sessions, and events. Capture photos and short-form video using a smartphone. Post consistent, real-time content and stories to social media. Highlight players, coaches, facilities, training, and the T3 baseball experience. Focus on authentic, immediate content—advanced editing or graphic design is not required. Ideal Candidate Strong understanding and interest in baseball; athletic background preferred. Comfortable around athletes and coaches. Familiar with social media and what makes sports content engaging. Reliable and able to consistently attend baseball activities. Energetic, creative, and comfortable working independently. Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week during peak months , beginning around September and continuing through April . The majority of hours will be December-April, with potential for the role to continue beyond April.
