• Lead client engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Analyse client business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with client executives, managers, and project teams to gather requirements and present findings
• Oversee the work of junior consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional development
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations tailored to client audiences
• Contribute to business development by supporting proposal writing and participating in client pitches
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to our clients' sectors
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for ongoing support and advice What You Bring Essential experience:
• Proven track record in consulting or professional services, with hands-on experience managing client projects
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations
• Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
