Responsibilities:

Engage in face-to-face personal interaction with potential customers to generate leads for Sales Reps Convey available product and services to homeowners in-person Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador Understand clients' specific needs through brief home questions and provide best solutions Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals

Be outgoing and motivated to educate homeowners about energy efficiency and help them to take action Be a quick learner and able to think on your feet with positive and professional demeanor Ability to quickly build rapport with homeowners Excellent communication skills Minimum 1 year experience with canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach, and/or previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields Comfortable working with tablets, smart phones and computers Able to work light evening and weekend hours
