Specialist, Digital Marketing#26-13619 Dublin, OH Onsite Job Description Specialist, Digital Marketing Sr. Product Specialist, Product & Search The Sr. Product Specialist reports directly to the Senior Product Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the Product owners by managing day-to-day operations within eCommerce and Digital Marketing solutions. Accountabilities Supports Product owners on the Product & Search team for several digital initiatives within a portfolio Responsible for assisting Product owners with day-to-day execution of product roadmap Heavy involvement with documenting notes and recaps from Standup/Core hour calls and Working sessions Prepares tasks for Designers, Copy team, and Business analysts (BA) in JIRA based on decisions made from team meetings Assists with Discovery work and Epic creation Works cross-functionally with internal business units, vendors, and IT tech team to complete work against strategic plans Plans and prioritizes product feature backlog and development for the product based on business value and/or ROI Assists with product release plans and sets expectations for delivery of new functionalities Helps Product owners with UAT Communicates feature releases to stakeholders and Business SMEs Advocates for the customer while balancing business needs
Skills:
Qualifications A positive attitude and excitement to learn Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail to capture all notes and decisions made during team calls Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Creative thinker with a vision Product owner and/or digital field experience is a plus Project management background and experience is a plus Knowledge of Agile process and principles is a plus
Education:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
