Job Summary:

We are representing a highly collaborative marketing operations opportunity for a professional who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments. We are looking for someone who can bring clarity, discipline, and momentum to work across multiple teams, seasons, and approval checkpoints.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operational process across multiple seasons and projects, ensuring work moves forward with clarity and discipline. Manage workback schedules, milestones, and readiness across leadership reviews, gates, and cross-functional checkpoints. Support collaboration across brand marketing, digital, media, creative, retail, planning, operations, and other internal partners. Create tools and artifacts that help align teams, maintain communication, and keep deliverables on track.

Required:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing operations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. Experience working in a corporate or agency environment with an understanding of organizational matrixes. Strong relationship-building skills with experience in horizontal management across leadership and delivery teams. Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and silos while proactively flagging issues and driving work forward.
