Company Overview Glendoveer Golf & Tennis Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Community Event and Marketing Coordinator to elevate our community presence through dynamic event planning, strategic marketing initiatives, and engaging public outreach. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to build lasting relationships, showcase our brand, and contribute to vibrant community connections. Duties Plan, coordinate, and execute community events that promote engagement and brand visibility Manage social media platforms to share event updates, community stories, and marketing campaigns Build strong relationships with local organizations, clients, and community members through face-to-face communication Oversee marketing projects including content creation, product page optimization, and promotional materials Lead team efforts in community event management, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service during all activities Conduct public speaking engagements and deliver presentations to foster community outreach and brand awareness Qualifications Proven experience in event marketing and social media management Proven experience (2-3 years) in event planning and coordination, preferably in a community or hospitality setting. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, event management software, and social media platforms. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. Knowledge of golf and familiarity with golf course communities is a plus.

Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
