Administrator Job Description Summary Responsible for aspects of organization marketing including, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, organizing sales and marketing events in the community, representing the organization at various community events. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities Conducts daily marketing activities including collaborating with the Administrator in establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives. Monitors allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations. Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections. Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources. Builds and monitors community, customer, and patient perceptions of

Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. At least three (3) years' experience in health care marketing management preferably in hospice care operations. Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community. Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities Health care marketing required, preferably in hospice of home care.
